About Nordic Fos
In 2002, Nordic Fos launched their pioneering Floor Heating Panels made from 15mm plywood with 11 layers, topped with a 0.3mm aluminum heat distributor. It quickly became the thinnest and most advanced system in the market, widely adopted in construction and renovation projects.
Since then, Nordic has been dedicated to refining energy-efficient floor heating solutions that enhance comfort, save energy, and simplify installation. In 2017, we transitioned to producing XPS-based panels due to superior compressive strength and reduced moisture absorption compared to EPS.
Their latest XPS panels, developed in collaboration with technical universities, prioritize energy efficiency and rapid temperature regulation. They're designed to reduce heating bills through features like night setbacks and continuous control.
With a focus on placing heating coils closer to the floor and ensuring sufficient compressive strength for various floor types, our new system meets future demands for both heating and cooling.
